Support older adults with mental health needs, including dementia, across Newport hospitals as an Older Adult Psychiatric Liaison Support Worker (Band 3) for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. Working within the Responsive Hospital Support Team you’ll provide person‑centred care, meaningful activities and practical support for patients aged 65+, under the direction of Band 6 practitioners. The permanent, full‑time role pays £25,313–£26,999 (Agenda for Change Band 3) and involves working between St Woolos, Nevill Hall and other ABUHB general hospitals; hours are 08:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00 Monday–Friday and 09:00–17:00 at weekends.
