Support adults and older people across Nottingham’s mental health inpatient wards as part of a newly established peripatetic Healthcare Assistant team. This permanent Band 3 post (salary £24,937–£26,598) offers full- and part-time hours, with shift work across days and nights, seven days a week, based across Highbury Hospital and Sherwood Oaks (NG6 9DR) and allocated to a base on arrival with flexibility to gain experience across multiple sites and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll be involved in assessment, formulation and delivery of recovery‑focused care within dynamic teams, with opportunities for training and development; please note DBS costs (standard £26.40 or enhanced £54.40) are deducted from salary over the first two months and the Trust cannot sponsor Skilled Worker visas.
