Job description
This opportunity will suit an organised, empathetic person with NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) and GCSEs including Maths and English, plus experience of working in a healthcare setting and with multi‑professional teams; telephone triage and clinic administration experience is desirable. You’ll need strong communication and IT skills, an ability to manage sensitive conversations and a calm approach to planning a low‑risk caseload. A DBS check and satisfactory pre‑employment checks are required; sponsorship may be available for eligible applicants and posts may close early if sufficient applications are received.
