Be the specialist who shapes occupational mental health support across King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This Band 7, full-time permanent post (salary £56,276–£63,176 pa inclusive of HCAS) is based at Jennie Lee House, London SE5 8AD and sits at the heart of the Trust’s Occupational Health, Wellbeing and Staff Psychology service. You will lead clinical delivery and service development for staff mental health, deputise for the Principal Specialist Nurse Advisor, directly manage and mentor Band 6 and 5 nurses and support teams that include administrators and bank staff. Day-to-day tasks include case management with OH physicians and therapists, supervision and appraisal, drafting policies, clinical audit, producing activity reports, attending infection control, risk and H&S forums, and contributing to SLA and contract work while championing equity, diversity and the Trust’s sustainability goals.

This post is aimed at a registered Mental Health Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification (Certificate/Diploma/BSc) who brings strong leadership, mentoring and policy-writing experience — management qualifications or OH postgrad study are desirable.
