For those that can't go home, we facilitate discharge to an appropriate care setting & continue our focus to maintain as much independence as possible. In addition, Meadow Ward offers End of Life care in our beautiful Grace's Room.There is the requirement to work flexibly on an internal shift rotation, working both days and nights over a seven-day period, including bank holidays.
