Job summary
This role co-ordinates the administration of the Medical Education department and supports administrators in providing a comprehensive, efficient and high-quality administrative service. The post holder will co-ordinate Medical Student placements, Training programmes and Academic programmes for Doctors, Doctors in Training and medical students. They will assist in the day to day running of the Education Centre at Farnham Road Hospital and in wider education department activities. They will be required to liaise with internal departments, training providers and external bodies such as Universities, BMA, HEE and other Trusts.

Key ResponsibilitiesAsist in the organisation of the trainee induction programmes, including preparation and issue of Induction Packs for all new trainees.Develop and maintain robust and secure data management systemsAssist the Coordinator in the delivery of all SAS Doctor training programmes, ensuring smooth delivery of all courses and maintaining robust reporting systems for financial and evaluation purposesAsist in the delivery of the Undergraduate student placement programme, working with Universities, Undergraduate Tutor and medical students and delivering Inductions on various sites and online.Assist in coordinating educational events at Silverwood, West Park and Farnham Road, including organising and preparing training materials and setting up of and providing practical training on appropriate IT and AV equipment.Asist in the compiling of data to identify trends of performance and compliance.
