The successful applicant will be responsible for their own caseload which is supervised by our qualified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.Applicants will have a level 5 diploma and require sound moving and handling skills, good problem solving, prioritisation and excellent communication. You will need a driving license and access to a vehicle to be able to complete your community visits.We are committed to the continuing professional development of all our team members and offer a supportive environment with regular supervision, CPD groups, training and peer support. We also have access to a Champions Network that links you with therapists who are keen to share the knowledge of their special interest.The successful candidate will complete a mixture of shifts across early (8-4), late (10-6 or 12-8pm) and weekends as part of the team rota supporting the safety of patients in their own homes.
