Main duties of the job
The role involves supporting our client living in their own home to explore and enjoy the local community.Applicants must assist the client in accessing and exploring the local community in a safe, person-centred, and accessible way.Support with all aspects of personal care will also be required (washing and dressing support). Assistance is needed to manage and maintain a healthy diet. The client can use a microwave to heat meals, but support is required for using other kitchen equipment.
