Play a vital role supporting midwives at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust’s Maternity Unit in Warwick (CV34 5BW) as a Clinical Support Worker. You will rotate across the labour ward, antenatal/postnatal ward and maternity theatres, delivering compassionate personal care, assisting registered professionals with preparations and procedures, documenting care, supporting relatives and helping with admissions and discharges. The post is shift-based (full- or part-time) and requires physical stamina and emotional resilience; all training and induction are provided, a DBS check is required and GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths or equivalent are essential.
