Job summary
As a Receptionist and Clinic Administrator within the Ian Charleson Day Centre (ICDC),you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and front-of-house servicesin a highly sensitive and patient-focused environment. This role involves direct interactionwith patients living with HIV, managing administrative tasks related to their care, andsupporting the clinic's multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and effective servicedelivery.

Main duties of the job
Reception Duties: Greet and assist patients in a welcoming, respectful, and confidential manner. Manage patient check-ins and appointments using theclinic's electronic systems. Handle incoming calls, providing accurate informationand redirecting inquiries as appropriate. Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks, including managing patient records, correspondence, data entry with a high level of accuracy andconfidentiality, and general data entry into the HIV database for all national datarequirements as needed. Assist in the preparation of clinic sessions andmeetings.
