As a Clinical Support Worker with South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust based in Middlesbrough (TS4), you’ll provide hands‑on, compassionate care across hospitals, community and outpatient settings. The role involves personal care, mobility assistance, mealtimes, appointment support and basic nursing tasks, working with patients of all ages including maternity, mental health and learning disability services. You’ll be working up to 37.5 hours weekly (permanent, Band 2, £24,465 pro rata) with full- and part-time options; the post requires DBS clearance, completion of the Care Certificate within six months and basic IT and communication skills. Community posts need access to a vehicle and the role includes a rota of days, nights, weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
