Bring order, empathy and efficiency to the CAT 11 Cardiology, Respiratory & Stroke team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 4 Patient Pathway Co‑ordinator based at Royal Berkshire Hospital, London Road, Reading (RG1 5AN). This permanent, full‑time role (Band 4, £27,485–£30,162 per annum) offers hands‑on, patient‑facing administration: scheduling outpatient appointments and admissions, answering patient and provider calls, processing clinic letters, managing electronic and paper records across multiple systems and supporting clinicians to deliver a seamless, patient‑centred service. You’ll need excellent IT skills, accuracy under pressure, confident communication and a calm, organised approach; previous customer/patient service and appointment‑scheduling experience (NHS experience desirable) and GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent are essential. Please note the post is subject to a DBS check.
