An Operations Manager role with Fuller and Forbes Partnership based at Mayflower Medical Group in Plymouth (PL5 1PL). You will manage day-to-day operations across a main surgery and four branch sites serving around 35,000 patients. This permanent, full‑time post offers a salary of £30,000–£35,000 (dependent on experience) and demands solid General Practice experience, strong knowledge of CQC compliance and target frameworks such as QOF, LES/DES and CQRS. The role covers reception, secretarial and wider administrative services, staff management, assurance frameworks, GDPR, health & safety, finance oversight, IT systems and premises, plus infection control and audit duties.
This is a hands‑on leadership post for an organised, analytical and resourceful manager who enjoys improving systems and supporting teams.
