As a Band 4 Maternity Vaccination Fail Safe Officer you will provide the administrative backbone to Royal Surrey’s Outstanding maternity vaccination programme, working 22.5 hours over three days in a permanent, part‑time role based at Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford (GU2). This role focuses on maternal Flu, Pertussis and RSV vaccines for pregnant women: booking and overseeing appointments, managing vaccine stock and ordering, completing GP reporting and monthly returns, and coordinating clinic capacity to ensure timely, safe coverage. It suits an organised administrator with A‑levels (or equivalent), NVQ2 in Office Administration (or similar), confident spreadsheet and data‑entry skills, and the ability to prioritise and lead when required; the post is subject to a DBS check.
