Play a central role in delivering digital transformation at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as a Project Support Officer based at Bradford Royal Infirmary (BD9). Working within the Digital, Data and Technology team you will support large-scale change and training programmes — including implementation and optimisation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). The post is permanent, full‑time, Agenda for Change Band 5 (salary £31,049–£37,796). Day‑to‑day you will maintain and update project plans and documentation, prepare reports, coordinate EPR training schedules and bookings, organise meetings and take minutes, and liaise with clinical and operational colleagues across the Trust and Airedale General Hospital. The role requires adherence to Trust policies (including information governance and confidentiality), flexible working across sites and remotely as needed, and will be subject to a DBS check. Closing date for applications is 25 November 2025, with shortlisting week commencing 26 November and interviews expected week commencing 8 December 2025.

This role suits organised, caring administrators and carers who want to move into or progress within NHS digital projects — particularly women seeking meaningful, people‑centred work with clear development opportunities. You’ll need a diploma or equivalent, experience in project administration (document control, diary management, minute taking), strong MS Office skills and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be joining a values‑driven, supportive team focused on improving patient care, with practical hands‑on tasks that make a visible difference.
