Job summary
Child and Family Health DevonChild and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly team. Although your main base will be at Honeylands Specialist Children's Centre, there may be an occasional need to work from another site in Exeter.The Senior Administrator will be part of a wider Business Support function.You will have a key role in providing secretarial, administrative and organisational support across the full range of office and service activities, including the smooth running of the reception and office space, greeting families, processing of referrals, maintaining caseloads, working alongside clinicians planning clinics as well as general secretarial/administrative support to a range of frontline clinicians & managers.This is a permanent part time position working 22.50 hours per week.

Main duties of the job
