Play a pivotal role shaping clinical education across the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at East Midlands Ambulance Service. As Clinical Development Specialist you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of high‑quality training for clinical and non‑clinical staff, designing, implementing and evaluating bespoke learning packages, assessments and mentorship schemes. Accountable to the EOC Senior Manager, you will manage an education team, deputise for the Head of Education when required, contribute to national policy and quality assurance, and maintain clinical credibility through professional registration, Tactical Commander competence and participation in the on‑call rota.
