Part-time Patient Facilitator (2pm–8pm, Monday–Friday; 30 hours per week) at Lower Clapton General Practice, based in the new purpose-built Google Portico Hackney building. You will join the reception team delivering patient-facing administrative support — answering phones, directing patients to the right service, managing appointments, processing mail and prescriptions, scanning and data entry, and providing clerical back-up to clinicians. Previous GP experience and knowledge of EMIS Web are desirable; excellent verbal communication, a caring manner and confidentiality are essential. This permanent role pays the London Living Wage (£13.85/hr) and is subject to a DBS check.
