Main duties of the job
Role ResponsibilitiesTo promote the safeguarding of students at all times.To provide high quality teaching and learning opportunities and resources across the educational day, showing flexibility and differentiation to effectively meet students needs.To have knowledge of each students targets within their EHCP/IDP and provide the support needed for students to achieve their goals.To support all students in attending sessions and maintaining engagement throughout.To manage and maintain student files to a high standard, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.To support and contribute to the colleges total communication approach.To role model active support and to support Residential staff in strategies and best practice methods of supporting student needs.
