Step into a vital front‑of‑house role at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust as an Emergency Department Coordinator/Receptionist, based across Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells (ME16). You’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients entering the ED, responsible for accurate booking and data entry on appointment systems, liaising with clinical teams and supporting the flow of urgent care. The role suits organised, computer‑literate people who think clearly under pressure; experience with patient tracking systems (Allscripts PAS desirable), GCSEs or equivalent and a basic IT qualification or demonstrable experience are required. Shift work includes day and night blocks of 6–12 hours, cross‑site working is required, and appointment is subject to a standard DBS check.
