As a Senior Clinical Support Worker at Royal Stoke (Band 3) you will deliver hands‑on patient care, support assessments and documentation, and work alongside nursing and multidisciplinary teams across wards. This permanent role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time contracts, a salary of £24,937–£26,598 pa pro rata, and the chance to build clinical skills in a large, modern Trust that is the regional major trauma centre.
This post suits compassionate carers who want real NHS career progression: UHNM actively supports apprenticeships and study routes into Nursing Associate roles and top‑ups to Registered Nurse training. Applicants need at least 12 months’ experience in a Healthcare Assistant role, GCSEs (or Level 2 functional skills) in English and maths, and a practical Care Certificate or an NVQ Level 3. DBS clearance and evidence of qualifications (ECCTIS statement for overseas GCSEs) are required. UHNM cannot provide sponsorship for Band 2/3 roles; graduate visa holders may apply if six months remain on their visa but sponsorship will not be available afterwards.
