Band 6 Occupational Therapist at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, based at Hinckley and Bosworth Community Hospital (LE10 3DA). You’ll deliver occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation for predominantly older adults across Melton and Rutland wards, managing your own caseload, supporting safe discharges and treating a wide range of physical conditions including fractures, frailty and amputees. The role is permanent, full-time (Agenda for Change Band 6, £38,682–£46,580) and involves close teamwork with nursing, AHP and social care colleagues, supervision of therapy support workers and apprentices, and routine use of electronic patient records with training provided.
This post suits experienced Band 5/6 OTs or those with strong transferable skills who want to consolidate clinical practice and step into leadership — you’ll get supervision, protected CPD time and the chance to lead service improvements.
