Job description
Day‑to‑day you will triage and book urgent appointments, audit and maintain accurate electronic records, produce clinical summaries and reports, liaise with health and social care professionals, and help keep stock and admin processes running smoothly. Essential requirements include GCSEs (grade C or equivalent) in English and Maths and NVQ3 (or similar) in Business Administration, good IT skills (SystmOne desirable), excellent attention to detail, tactful communication and the ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team; a DBS check will be required. The post offers on‑the‑job training, a clear appraisal and development programme, and a chance to use caring skills in a practical administrative role.
