Job description
You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries, booking appointments, processing prescriptions and electronic referrals, typing letters and referrals, updating records, preparing clinic notes and managing routine clerical tasks such as scanning, audio typing and confidential waste disposal. The role also involves arranging transport, recording home visits and following practice procedures for follow‑up, confidentiality and infection control.
