Step into a hands‑on Occupational Therapy Assistant role at West London NHS Trust, based at The Orchard, St Bernard’s Hospital in Southall (UB1). This permanent, part‑time Band 4 post (three days a week, £32,199–£34,876 pro rata) supports the Trust’s new North West London female‑only Level 2 High Support Rehabilitation service on Melrose ward. Supervised by an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver OT‑led programmes for women with mental illness or personality disorder in low/medium secure settings — running off‑ward group work such as social and life skills, self‑catering, leisure management, transitions, goal setting and vocational activity, with strong links into community vocational and education services. The role requires experience in mental health settings, group work delivery and a DBS check; qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent are desirable.
