Fixed-term secondment (6 months) at Cromer Hospital (NR27) for a part-time Waiting List Coordinator — 30 hours a week, Agenda for Change Band 3, salary £24,937–£26,598 pro rata. You will manage day‑surgery patient waiting lists across specialities such as Ophthalmology, Pain, Vascular, Plastics and Urology, ensuring bookings meet local and national targets (including RTT and Referral to Treatment rules). The role is hands‑on: real‑time data entry onto PAS, ORSOS, Theatre Tracker and ARIA; scheduling TCI and pre‑op appointments; preparing notes and wristbands; completing electronic discharge letters; and liaising sensitively with patients, relatives, clinicians, GPs, pharmacy and the wider multi‑disciplinary team. A Disclosure and Barring Service check is required and the post does not meet UKVI Skilled Worker Visa eligibility (the Trust cannot issue a Certificate of Sponsorship).
