Main duties of the job
This is a role that requires the post holder to provide an efficient, tactful, comprehensive and confidential reception, clerical and administrative service for the department. This will include maintaining patient related records/databases, processing referrals, making appointments and preparing correspondence.

To work as part of a team providing clerical and administrative support.To receive and make internal and external telephone calls from staff, service users / patients, members of the public and external agencies ensuring that messages received are appropriately signposted and actioned.To receive and process incoming referrals into the service.
