Trainee ACP at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, based at Yeovil District Hospital (BA21 4AT). This permanent, full‑time Band 7 role (salary £47,810–£54,710) asks an experienced, professionally registered clinician (NMC, GPhC or HCPC) to carry out rapid assessment, diagnostics and treatment under appropriate supervision. You will manage complete episodes of care, make complex evidence‑based decisions, collaborate with senior medical colleagues, and help lead and update clinical pathways and service redesign to improve patient outcomes.
