Job description
Support Worker at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council based at Stoney Lane Day Centre in West Bromwich (B71). You will provide compassionate, safe and responsive support to help service users maximise their independence, working with agreed personal plans to deliver a range of personal and practical tasks. The role involves promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing, supporting people to take part in chosen activities, community engagement, volunteering and life‑skills development both at home and in the community.
