ing any concerns and minimising complaints to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.This vacancy is for full or part time hours between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
Your duties will include:- Checking in and registering patients;- Ordering medications / Prescription processing;- Scheduling appointments; Coordinating home visits;- Reception & Administration duties;- Navigating Clinical software systems.Additionally, staff members are expected to participate in monthly Practice meetings, taking minutes and preparing agendas as needed.
