Job description
This position will appeal to organised, compassionate people—especially women and carers—who enjoy working with the public and want a role that combines administrative skill with hands‑on patient contact. Candidates must hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), have excellent English, first‑class customer service and telephone manner, strong IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and the ability to multi‑task in a busy setting; prior experience in a medical environment and familiarity with EMIS/eRS are desirable but full training is provided.
