Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks . You will also be involved in care coordinating for patients under the Proactive Anticipatory Care (PAC) Programme. This involves overseeing patient care and ensuring effective interventions and communications amongst multidisciplinary teams.

About us
Manor Drive is a very busy GP surgery, we currently have over 16,500 patients. We are part of Kingston borough and also part of New Malden and Worcester Park PCN. We are based in Worcester Park with great transport links to London. We have approximate 35 staff in a large purpose built building.
