Support adults in recovery as a Recovery Worker with We Are With You in Weston‑Super‑Mare (BS23). This frontline role involves keyworking, care coordination, assessment and group work to help people with drug, alcohol and associated mental health needs set and reach their goals. You will manage an active caseload, deliver structured interventions, work in partnership with local agencies and ensure every client is treated with dignity and respect. The post is fixed‑term to March 2026 (37.5 hours per week, Wednesday evenings required), with a starting salary of £25,000 and opportunity to progress through pay bands towards £30,000.

This role is ideal for compassionate, organised carers and women looking to build a meaningful career in substance misuse support. You’ll need experience or volunteering in health, social care, criminal justice or a similar setting (or a strong motivation to move into the sector), the ability to form trusting relationships, and either an ONC/NVQ level 3 or willingness to achieve it within 12 months. The post is subject to a DBS check.
