Bank Support Worker at Cygnet Health Care, based at Cygnet Nield House in Crewe (CW1), supporting women across two specialist wards. You’ll work flexible bank shifts delivering hands‑on, person‑centred care to women on Clarion (complex personality disorder with co‑morbid disordered eating) and Compton (acute mental health) wards. Day‑to‑day duties include offering physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting and safeguarding, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires a Full UK driving licence held for at least two years and successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS; pay is £12.37 per hour plus a 12.1% allowance and the contract is bank (casual) with flexible hours.
