Help workplaces across Nottinghamshire become healthier and smoke‑free as a Workplace Health Practitioner with ABL Health Ltd, based in Mansfield (NG21). In this permanent, full‑time role (flexible working) you will engage local businesses and community groups, assess workforce needs and promote workplace wellbeing while delivering evidence‑based stop smoking support one‑to‑one, in groups, by phone or online. You will use health and equality data to shape services, keep accurate records to ABL standards, work with partner agencies to embed cessation into routine care, and support efforts to reduce health inequalities. NCSCT level 2 practitioner training will be provided and a Disclosure and Barring Service check is required; salary is £26,000–£28,000 a year and ABL is a CQC‑registered community health organisation operating a smoke‑free policy.
