Make a real difference at Cygnet Alders Clinic in South West GL1 as a Bank Support Worker, a flexible, part‑time bank (0‑hour) role providing ad‑hoc cover for sickness and leave across a 20‑bed rehabilitation service for women with personality disorder and complex needs. You’ll work across three therapeutic houses — Severn (assessment and stabilisation), Avon (engagement and progress) and Coln (transition to the community) — offering hands‑on physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting on care, safeguarding and keeping environments safe and clean. This post is exclusively for female applicants, pays £13.17 per hour plus 12.1% annual leave, and is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check. The role suits experienced carers or those ready to develop specialist skills in person‑centred, psychologically informed practice, and offers the variety and flexibility many women juggling work and family appreciate.
