Take a specialist clinical role supporting adults with dysphagia and communication difficulties across Central Sussex. As a Band 6 Specialist Speech & Language Therapist with Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust you will deliver high-quality triage, assessment and treatment, work closely within multi-disciplinary teams, provide specialist reports and training, and support carers and families to reduce swallowing-related harm.
