The site offers a range of healthcare services including Physical Health, Mental Health, Pharmacy and Substance Misuse.This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care. No NVQ is required - we will support you to achieve this!Hours:This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week, and you will work on rotational shifts. We deliver healthcare 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and the rota runs fortnightly: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Shifts are either 07:30 - 19:30 or 19:30 - 07:30

Main duties of the job
As our new Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:Working within the primary care team, you will work with Nurses and Nursing Associates across the serviceAssist with clinical observations, vaccination clinics etcProvide outstanding quality based care to all patientsDeliver personalised, non judgemental care, based on patient feedbackContribute to, and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinicsSupport the nursing and pharmacy teams onsiteSupport the mental health and substance misuse teams as necessaryAssist with release and discharge when neededIf you are interested incareer development,we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and
