This Band 5, full‑time role (37.5 hours/week) is fixed term for 12 months and pays £37,259–£45,356 (Agenda for Change). You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with a wide range of needs — from acute illness, day‑case and emergency surgery to mental health and learning disability pathways — working closely with families and the multidisciplinary team. Interviews are face to face and informal visits are welcome.
