Support people with long‑term respiratory conditions as an Assistant Practitioner (Band 4) with Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHSFT, based at Halton Hospital, Runcorn (WA7). This permanent, part‑time role (salary £27,485–£30,162) involves delivering Pulmonary Rehabilitation programmes and outpatient respiratory therapy across hospital and community venues and in patients’ homes. You will manage a delegated caseload, carry out assessments, deliver and supervise individual and group exercise programmes, prepare sessions and equipment, keep clear patient records and answer patient queries — all within agreed local protocols and with clinical oversight from specialist physiotherapists and the Professional Lead.
