Make a tangible difference to local lives as a Healthcare Assistant at Marisco Medical Practice, supporting primary care across Mablethorpe and Sutton‑on‑Sea. This part‑time, permanent post (16 hours per week) covers a variety of hands‑on clinical duties — phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, chronic disease and learning‑disability reviews, NHS Health Checks and home visits for bloods and BP. You’ll work within a large, multi‑disciplinary team using SystmOne, with opportunities to assist at seasonal clinics (flu, B12) and receive on‑the‑job training where needed. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), have a full clean driving licence with business insurance, and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS and standard pre‑employment checks. Previous GP or hospital experience is desirable but not essential.

This role suits empathetic, organised carers seeking family‑friendly hours and meaningful patient contact in a well‑equipped practice serving around 14,500 patients. Marisco offers a supportive culture of more than 90 staff, clear routes for skills development and the chance to work in purpose‑built clinical facilities by the coast.
