Senior Therapy Assistant role supporting the Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team at Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, based at The Royal Oldham Hospital (Oldham OL1) and covering Oldham and Rochdale. You will work across outpatient, ward and clinic settings, helping to deliver timely assessments, optimise patient function and support discharge planning. The post is permanent, part‑time, Band 4 (£27,485–£30,162 pro rata) and requires a Level 5 qualification (Foundation degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or Assistant Practitioner apprenticeship), substantial experience in health/rehabilitation or social care, good written and verbal communication, strong organisational and basic IT skills. Practical requirements include a DBS check and the ability to travel across the Trust footprint; a driving licence and use of a car are desirable. The role involves a mix of clinical and non‑clinical duties, working as part of a multidisciplinary team and contributing to service development and teaching where appropriate.
