Lead a visible, compassionate Older Adult Team Manager for Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT, based at Monarch House, Scunthorpe (DN16 1AL). You will take operational responsibility for a portfolio of community services within the North Lincolnshire Community Directorate, line-managing clinicians, delivering regular supervision and ensuring safe, recovery‑focused, evidence-based care. This Band 7 permanent post (salary £47,810–£54,710) offers full-time, flexible working and requires current UK professional registration, a relevant health/social care degree or equivalent, mental health and leadership training with ongoing CPD.
