This Senior Manager role at Harness Care Ltd is a high-impact leadership post based in NW10 (Park Royal/Central Middlesex) responsible for the day-to-day running and strategic development of Harness North and Harness South PCNs — 20 GP practices serving about 150,000 patients across Brent. You will lead the central Harness team, support the Board of Directors and PCN Clinical Directors, and oversee the APMS contract and all NHS contracts to ensure clinical governance, compliance and high-quality service delivery. Key duties include driving transformation programmes (Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, long-term condition pathways, Enhanced Access, ARRS and Enhanced Services), standardising practice to reduce unwarranted variation, securing and allocating funding, and developing workforce plans, recruitment, training and career pathways for clinical and non-clinical staff.

This post suits senior leaders with at least five years’ experience at similar scale, a post‑graduate qualification (or equivalent) and a proven record of turning strategy into operational results within health and social care. You will be a clear communicator, skilled at building partnerships with the ICB, local authority, NHS trusts, community groups and patient representatives, confident with finance and NHS contracting, and committed to equality, inclusivity and reducing health inequalities. The role is fixed-term (6 months), full-time and offers a competitive salary depending on experience.
