At Osborne Court in Malvern you’ll provide hands‑on, person‑centred care to young adults and adults with learning disabilities who have complex health needs or behaviours that may challenge. This permanent, part‑time role (22.5 hours per week) involves supporting admissions and discharges, personal care and moving‑and‑handling, daily living tasks such as laundry, shopping and meal preparation, and regular communication with families and professionals. Shifts are flexible to meet service needs (07:00–14:00, 14:00–21:00 or 21:00–07:30) and include nights and bank holidays; the post is Band 2, salary £24,465 pro‑rata, and candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK (the Trust cannot offer sponsorship).

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust offers training (expectation to complete Care Certificate and support towards Level 2), generous leave that increases with service, an NHS pension, enhanced pay for unsocial hours and wide staff networks.
