Job summary

To ensure the provision of a warm and homely environment that meets the emotional, physical, cultural, religious and spiritual needs of the child/young adult.In conjunction with the Ofsted Registered Manager and registered nurses co-ordinate and support the team of healthcare support workers working within the home, to provide a high quality services to the children, young people and their families.

To work under the Children's homes regulations including the Quality standards (Ofsted)To plan the children and young people's overnight stays on a monthly basis, taking into account the compatibility and needs of the young people and their families.To co-ordinate the team's monthly staff meeting, ensuring staff are allocated time within their
