Job description
This role is well suited to organised administrators, experienced patient carers and women returning to work who want a hands-on NHS position that combines practical admin skills with compassionate service. Essential requirements include GCSE English (grade C or above), experience of patient administration and IT/PAS systems, strong customer-care skills including handling complaints, and the ability to prioritise without direct supervision; an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care is desirable and a DBS check is required.
