Help staff across Surrey and North East Hampshire adopt new digital tools as the Digital Learning and Adoption Co‑ordinator (Band 4). Based at Mole Business Park, Leatherhead (KT22), this permanent full‑time role (£28,860–£31,671 pa incl. 5% fringe HCAS) supports the Learning and Adoption Manager to co‑ordinate and deliver training: managing bookings, maintaining the Trust’s Learning Management System, keeping post‑learning records up to date and being on site to support classroom delivery and roll‑outs. You will liaise with clinical teams to identify learning needs, schedule sessions across Trust locations, handle administration and reporting, and help implement digital systems across services. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent), confident Microsoft Office skills, a DBS check and the ability to travel to different Trust sites.

This vacancy suits organised, caring professionals — particularly women balancing work and caring roles — who want a stable NHS post that combines admin expertise with hands‑on support for colleagues and meaningful impact on patient care. Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a top‑10 employer in its sector and offers an inclusive culture, staff networks, flexible working, free parking and strong wellbeing and development support.
