Work as a Community Rehab Assistant with Dorset HealthCare at St Leonards Hospital (BH24), joining an integrated team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, paramedics and therapy assistants to provide rehabilitation to adults across East Dorset. You’ll deliver hands‑on care in people’s homes and support ward in‑reach to prevent avoidable admissions and enable earlier, safe discharges. This permanent post is available full‑ or part‑time on an Agenda for Change Band 3 (£24,937–£26,598 pro rata), operating across a seven‑day service between 08:00–20:00; a driving licence is required and NVQ Level 2/3 or willingness to work towards is desirable. Please note applicants needing Skilled Worker sponsorship are not eligible.
