Support medicines use across four Sheffield practices as a Pharmacy Technician with Meadowgreen Health Centre, working within the Peak Edge Primary Care Network. You will be part of an established pharmacy team, supported by the Lead Clinical Pharmacist and GPs, delivering patient-facing and technical pharmacy services: medicines reconciliation, medication reviews, structured medication review preparation, managing shared-care protocols, actioning MHRA/CAS alerts, promoting EPS/eRD, and driving medicine safety and antimicrobial stewardship. The role involves close working with care homes, community pharmacy and multidisciplinary colleagues to reduce waste and improve prescribing quality across Jordanthorpe, Baslow Road, Woodseats and Sloan Medical Centres (S8 8DJ, S17 4DR, S8 0SH, S8 0YH).
